Information for Stall Holders
STALLS ALL SOLD OUT FOR 2006

Terms and conditions:
Insurance
Stallholders must provide their own public liability insurance (min. cover $10 million) – a copy of policy to accompany payment – don’t forget it! If you have any questions with regard to insurance please contact Helen - see above.
Hours of operation
From 10 AM until 4 PM.
Stallholders set up between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM. No vehicle movements will be permitted in the festival area between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Clean up
All stallholders are responsible for cleaning up their site – bins will be provided.
Products.
Only those products listed on the application are to be sold.
Food vendors must comply with Council regulations and complete the additional “food vendor form”.
Cancellations
Cancellation notification must be received 5 days in advance. Your fee will be transferred to next year’s Festival. Note: no notice – we keep your fee.
