Information for Stall Holders

Wow, look who have already taken stalls! Don't miss your chance.

Art of Espresso (coffee), Boutique Beverages & Gourmet Food (produce), Collector Pot Black Club (sausage sizzle), Collector Community stall (pumpkin soup), Disaster Bay Chillies (chiili produce), Lambert Vineyards (wine), Grazing Restaurant (food), Green Grocer on Clifford (whole pumpkins, soup), Poachers Pantry (smoked produce), T.B.P Baking (pies, bread), The Mill at Laggan (potatoes), Silo Bakery (bread, pastries), Ferocious Feed (deli food), and Turkish Food. More being confirmed.

The Collector Village Pumpkin Festival will provide an opportunity for community groups and small business to participate by running food, beverage, art, craft and fete stalls. It is the aim of the organising committee to encourage diversification and they will limit the number and type of stalls to avoid 'double up' of services.

Stalls

The Festival will offer three types of stalls -
• The “Fete Stalls” will include 18 fete stalls for $160 each inc GST. They are 2.4m X 2.4m with built in tables on three sides (and 2 chairs) and can be serviced by power on request for an additional $10 fee.

All details of insurance and Health Dept requirements are in the PDF.• The “Village Market” will be a large marquee that will offer approximately 18 market tables at a cost of $50 each inc GST. Price includes a 2.45 m x 0.75 m table that would be suitable for vendors of art and craft and pre-prepared food (sorry – cooking is not permitted in the marquee).
• A limited number of sites are available for $60 each inc GST. These sites are approximately 4m x 4m in size. They cannot be serviced with electricity and do not come with tents or tables, etc.
