Collector Village Pumpkin Festival 2015 – SUNDAY 3rd May
The festival committee have restructured the layout for this year’s festival based upon feedback from stall holders and visitors. This year we will aim to have as many stalls as possible lining Bourke Street from the Collector Oval to the Memorial Hall.
We wish to thank the many people that have expressed an interest in participating in our festival. Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate everyone this year but we will keep your details should a position become vacant we may contact you.

Stall Holders Please:
Arrive: Between 6am – 8am, there will be NO TRAFFIC MOVEMENT after 8.30am. On arrival you will be met by a marshal who will direct you where to go. Please be PATIENT as you set up.
Serve: Officially the festival runs between 10am and 4pm, you may sneak in some extra sales a little before and after that time.
Depart: There will be NO TRAFFIC MOVEMENT BEFORE 4pm, this is a very important safety matter (we have a duty of care to the public and a duty of care to all stall holders too), there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
