Stallholder Application

Welcome to the 2020 Collector Village Pumpkin Festival (CVPF) Stallholder applications.

The Collector Village Pumpkin Festival attracts around 15,000 people year. Our country festival has a focus on Australian and handmade goods.  And of course all things Pumpkin!

Applications are now CLOSED.   

Applications submitted after 27 January 2020 will be assessed and if the application is accepted they may be placed on a wait list for a suitable place. All applications must be completed online using the form at the bottom of this page.

Please read the information below before applying as the layout and terms and conditions have been updated.

Applications Steps

  1. Stallholder completes 2020 Application Form (at the bottom of this page) and Agrees to Terms & Conditions.
  2. Application assessed by Collector Village Pumpkin Festival Stallholder Team.
  3. Notifications sent to Stallholder Applicants if applications have been accepted, declined or added to the wait list (this process will take a few weeks).
  4. Stallholders submit Public Liability Insurance and any other required documents as per Council requirements.
  5. Invoice sent to Stallholder for payment.  Stall confirmed once payment has been received and required documents have been received.

Site Precincts

Changes to the layout of the festival have occurred to allow for additional parking and the new path on Lorn and Bourke Streets. Additional stalls have been added to and the Bushranger Reserve Precincts.  Please review the map on the below PDF to familiarise yourself with the new layout.  You may need to zoom in on the 2020 Stallholders Map on your computer to see the detail on the map.

  • Bourke Street Precinct (sites 1-22, 34-41, 108-131)
    • main street area, mainly market stalls, no powered sites, scarecrow building
  • Bushranger Reserve Precinct (sites 42-106)
    • large stage, climbing wall, maze, food outlets, market stalls, some powered sites
  • Anglican Church Precinct (sites 23-33)
    • market stalls, powered food stalls

Sites options

Collector is a rural area and flat areas are limited please indicate if a flat site is required, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Parking behind sites is very limited and stallholders will be advised if parking behind an allocated sites is permitted.


Option 1: Fete Stall (2.4m x 2.4m)
Cost: $130
Size: 2.4m x 2.4m with three serving benches, rear entrance.
Power: available on request ($35 for each 15amp outlet).
They are set up by our hire company on your allocated site and are ready for you to move into after 7:00 am on the day.

 

 

Option 2:  Open Site (3m x 3m) – BYO marqueeMarket StallsCost:  $150
Size:  3m x 3m frontage.
Power:  available on request ($35 for each 15amp outlet).
Open Sites are suitable for market stalls and food stalls.

 

 

Option 3: Food Van (3m x 3m)
Cost:
$150
Size: 3m x 3m frontage.
Power: available on request ($35 for each 15amp outlet).
Food Van Sites are suitable for food vans, coffee carts.

 

 

 

Option 4: Open Site (6m x 3m) – BYO marquee
Cost:
$200
Size: 3m x 6m frontage.
Power: available on request ($35 for each 15amp outlet).
Open Sites are suitable for market stalls and food stalls.

 

 

 

 

Option 5: Food Van Site (6m x 3m)
Cost: $200
Size: 3m x 6m frontage.
Power: available on request ($35 for each 15amp outlet).
Food Van Sites are suitable for food vans, coffee carts.

 

 


Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions have changed and all stallholders are required to read and agree to these conditions on application.
