Stallholder Application

Welcome to the 2019 Collector Village Pumpkin Festival (CVPF) Stallholder applications.

The Collector Village Pumpkin Festival attracts around 14,000 people year. Our country festival has a focus on Australian and handmade goods.  And of course all things Pumpkin!

Applications have now CLOSED. 
All sites have now been filled.  A wait list is being created.  If you complete the below form after 10/2/2019 you will only be contacted if a wait list site becomes available for our 2019 Festival.

Applications Steps

  1. Stallholder completes 2019 Application Form (at the bottom of this page) and Agrees to Terms & Conditions
  2. Application assessed by Collector Village Pumpkin Festival Stallholder Team.
  3. Notifications sent to Stallholder Applicants if applications have been accepted, declined or added to the wait list (this process will take a few weeks).
  4. Stallholders submit Public Liability Insurance and any other required documents as per Council requirements.
  5. Invoice sent to Stallholder for payment.  Stall confirmed once payment has been received and required documents have been received.

Site Precincts

Changes to the layout of the festival have occurred to allow for additional parking. A new area at the Uniting Church Precinct has been added. This area will have food, the petting zoo and a stage.  Additional stalls have been added to Bourke Street and the Bushranger Reserve Precincts.  Please review the map on the below PDF to familiarise yourself with the new layout.  You may need to zoom in on the CVPF Map on your computer to see the detail on the map.

  • Bourke Street Precinct (sites 1-22, 34-69, 79-87, 98-100)
    • main street area, mainly market stalls, no powered sites
  • Uniting Church Precinct (sites 88-97) – NEW AREA
    • small stage, petting zoo, Uniting Church and art, food outlets, some powered sites
  • Bushranger Reserve Precinct (sites 70-75, 101-130)
    • large stage, scarecrow building and climbing wall, food outlets, market stalls, some powered sites
  • Anglican Church Precinct (sites 22-33)
    • market stalls, no powered sites available

Sites options

Collector is a rural area and flat areas are limited please indicate if a flat site is required, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Parking behind sites is very limited and stallholders will be advised if parking behind an allocated sites is permitted.


Option 1: Fete Stall (2.4m x 2.4m)
Cost: $130
Size: 2.4m x 2.4m with three serving benches, rear entrance.
Power: available on request ($30 for each 15amp outlet).
They are set up by our hire company on your allocated site and are ready for you to move into after 7:00 am on the day.

 

 

Option 2:  Open Site (3m x 3m) – BYO marquee
Cost:  $150
Size:  3m x 3m frontage.
Power:  available on request ($30 for each 15amp outlet).
Open Sites are suitable for market stalls and food stalls.

 

Option 3: Food Van (3m x 3m)
Cost:
$150
Size: 3m x 3m frontage.
Power: available on request ($30 for each 15amp outlet).
Food Van Sites are suitable for food vans, coffee carts.

 

 

Option 4: Open Site (6m x 3m) – BYO marquee
Cost: $200
Size: 3m x 6m frontage.
Power: available on request ($30 for each 15amp outlet).
Open Sites are suitable for market stalls and food stalls.

 

 

 

 

Option 5: Food Van Site (6m x 3m)
Cost: $200
Size: 3m x 6m frontage.
Power: available on request ($30 for each 15amp outlet).
Food Van Sites are suitable for food vans, coffee carts.

 

 


Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions have changed and all stallholders are required to read and agree to these conditions on application.
